Founded in February 2012 by Directors Sue Potter, a former Police Officer, and Charlotte Forrest, Easy Home Lets & Sales began with a simple vision: to offer a property service built on honesty, integrity, reliability, and genuine care for every client. Starting with no properties on our books, we've grown through hard work, dedication, and the trust of our local community.

Today, we proudly manage over 250 fully managed rental properties and successfully help buyers and sellers move home every month. Our continued growth is a reflection of the commitment of our team and the recommendations we receive from satisfied customers.

As the business has grown, so has our family. What started as a partnership has evolved into a true family-run agency, with Charlotte's daughters, Bethany and Gaby, Sue's daughter-in-law, Victoria, and our long-serving team member Lauren all playing key roles. Together, we share the same values, work ethic, and passion for delivering a personal service that goes above and beyond expectations.
